Delivery
We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
Standard delivery
- Free UK Mainland delivery on every order
- Despatched typically within 1–2 working days of payment
- Usually sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For
- Bulky items may be sent via an alternative courier service
Next-day & special delivery
If you need an item urgently, get in touch before placing your order and we can arrange a faster service. Additional charges will apply.
International delivery
We can ship internationally. Charges depend on weight, destination and service — please contact us with your delivery address and we'll quote you a price.
Order tracking
Once your order has been despatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Closed periods
Occasionally we close for short periods (holidays, etc.). During those times the online shop stays open, but orders won't be processed until we return. Any closure dates will be displayed clearly at the top of the website.
