🇬🇧 Hand-made to order in the UK — send us your old part, we'll make you a new one.

If you can't find your power steering hose or rack pipes in our catalogue, there's a good chance we can still make you one. It's especially useful if you own a classic, a kit car, an import, or anything else where parts are hard to come by.

What we can make

We specialise in two types of bespoke part:

Power steering hoses — high pressure and return hoses, built from steel pipe and high-pressure rubber hose with the correct end fittings
Steering rack pipes — metal transfer pipes that run across the steering rack, made from copper-coated steel pipe with zinc-plated nuts

We do not make brake lines

How it works

Get in touch. Email or call us with details of your vehicle and what you need. Photos help.
Send us your old part. We work from a physical sample — it's the only way to get the routing, end fittings, and length exactly right. Wrap it well; we recommend a tracked service.
We'll quote you. Once we have the part in hand, we'll confirm the price and how long it will take. Most jobs are turned around in 1–2 weeks.
We make it. Built by hand in our West Midlands workshop
You receive both parts back. Your original part is returned with the new one so you've got a reference for next time.

What we need from you

The old part itself — there's no substitute for the real thing
Vehicle make, model, year, engine, and chassis number (VIN) where possible
A clear description of the problem (where the part failed, any modifications, anything unusual about your car)
A return delivery address

Honest expectations

Bespoke items are non-returnable. Once we've made a part to your specification, we can't put it back into stock for someone else.
If we get it wrong, we'll put it right. If the part doesn't match what you sent us, we'll remake it free of charge.
If the original was at fault (e.g. modified by a previous owner, or wrong for the car), we'll work with you to figure it out — but the standard 12-month warranty doesn't apply to bespoke items in the same way it does to catalogue parts.
We can't always say yes. Some hoses or pipes are too complex, too obscure, or use fittings we can't source. We'll tell you up front if it's not something we can do.
